LCC International University M.B.A./M.A. program and American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania presents Dr. Robert Lawson, Fraser Institute, the co-author of Global Economic Freedom Index, a former president of the Association for Private Enterprise Education, a member in Mont Peliren society, and an endowed chair of Economic Freedom at the Southern Methodist University.

Dr. Lawson will speak about economic freedom, calculating the freedom index, and generally about the development of economic freedom in the world. The speech will be followed by a Q&A panel discussion on Baltic issues related to economic freedom.
